As a Master Certified Coach (MCC)** since 2006, and a Professional Certified Life Coach (PCC) since 1998, Marion is a former faculty adjunct teacher at an internationally known coaching school, currently teaching her own unique program that offers ICF ACSTHs (Approved Coach Specific Training Core Competency Hours towards certification or renewal of) Laser Coach Your Way to Sustainable Success – Intensive––a 12–week course emphasizing masterful coaching skills (formerly known as Learn HOW TO Coach). She facilitates three ongoing Mentor Practicum Groups, three of the few supervision groups for coaches.

Additionally, as a Board Certified Coach (BCC), she teaches a 30–hour Laser Coaching course strictly for therapists who want to earn the BCC certification.
